Legacy of Excellence
Event Planner Greater Vancouver | Stanley Events

For more than three decades, Cindy Stanley has been transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences. As the Co-Founder and Director of Stanley Events, Cindy has built a reputation for creating beautifully curated, seamlessly executed events that leave lasting memories for clients & guests.

Stanley Events began its journey in 1995, producing its very first event, a beauty pageant. What started as a single production quickly evolved into a thriving event company as Cindy expanded into live entertainment, producing concerts for musicians and coordinating large-scale events in stadiums and major venues. Through years of dedication, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Stanley Events has grown organically into a full-service event planning and production company trusted by individuals, families, businesses, & charitable organizations alike.

Today, Stanley Events proudly designs and manages every type of celebration, including baby showers, bridal showers, children's birthday parties, milestone birthdays for all ages, retirement celebrations, hockey tournaments and sporting events, intimate elopements, elegant weddings, anniversary celebrations, corporate functions, galas, fundraisers, and community and charity events.

What truly sets Cindy apart is her hands-on approach and exceptional communication throughout the process. From the initial consultation through to the final guest departure, she personally oversees every stage of the planning process. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong industry relationships, creative vision, and calm professionalism ensure every event is executed flawlessly, allowing clients to relax and enjoy every moment without the stress of planning.

Known for her warmth, organization, and ability to transform a single vision into an extraordinary experience, Cindy believes every event deserves to be as unique as the people celebrating it. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale production, her goal remains the same, to deliver an elegant, seamless, and unforgettable occasion that exceeds expectations.
